Suzette Spann Scarborough has never been defined by a single title.

Her story has unfolded across boardrooms and sanctuaries, corporate America and entrepreneurship, community leadership and creative enterprise. For nearly three decades, she built a career in Human Resources and Legal and Regulatory Compliance, developing the discipline, judgment, discretion and operational excellence that would later become part of the foundation for everything she created.

Yet leadership for Suzette has never been confined to profession. Faith has shaped her life from childhood and led to more than twenty-five years of ministry service, theological education and ongoing leadership in the church and community. Service has extended through mentorship, civic and community engagement, and more than three decades of sisterhood through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Today, those experiences converge in a life that continues to evolve. Through entrepreneurship, ministry, speaking, community, travel, etiquette and the creation of memorable experiences, Suzette brings together what may appear to be many different worlds, but to her, they have always been connected by the same values:
